Support Ticket System
Offer your members a professional support channel directly in Discord.
1. Setup
Create a ticket panel in the dashboard. You can freely customize the message, button text, and emojis. Click "Send" to post the panel to a channel.
2. Ticket Categories
Use different categories (e.g., Questions, Applications) to automatically assign tickets to the right team members.
3. Transcripts
Lythea creates HTML transcripts of closed tickets for your records upon request.
Note: You can define which roles have access to tickets.
