White-Label (Your Own Bot)

Your community sees a bot with your own name and avatar — Lythea's technology in the background, your brand in the foreground.

White-Label is a Supporter feature. Activatable in the customer portal after booking.

Step 1: Create a Bot in the Developer Portal

Go to the Discord Developer Portal and click New Application. Enter a name (e.g. "MyServer Bot"), save. Then on the left, click Bot → Add Bot.

Step 2: Copy the Token

On the bot page, click Reset Token and copy the token. Only you and Lythea should ever have this token — never post it publicly or send it in Discord.

Lythea stores the token encrypted. If you regenerate the token, it must be updated in the dashboard — otherwise the bot goes offline.

Step 3: Enable Intents

Further down the same bot page, enable all three options and save:

Presence Intent
Server Members Intent
Message Content Intent

Step 4: Enter It in the Dashboard

In the Lythea customer portal under White-Label, enter the Application ID and the token. Click Deploy Bot — Lythea starts its own bot instance. You'll get the invite link shown right there.
