Newsletter System

Send emails to your community straight from the Lythea dashboard — members subscribe themselves, you write the campaign, Lythea sends it.

Member Sign-up

Members subscribe with /newsletter subscribe and enter their email address. They then receive a confirmation email (double opt-in) — only after clicking the link are they added to the list. This is the compliant approach under GDPR.

Members can unsubscribe anytime with /newsletter unsubscribe or via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Creating a Campaign

In the dashboard under Newsletter → New Campaign, write your content. You get an editor with formatting options and can insert images and buttons. Subject line and sender name can be customized per campaign.

Placeholders like {user.name} are automatically replaced with each recipient's name when sent.

Sending & Statistics

Finished campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for a specific time. After sending, you'll see: how many emails were delivered, the open rate, and how often links were clicked.
