Start giveaways, have winners drawn automatically, and reroll if needed — all via slash command.

Starting a Giveaway

Use /giveaway start to launch a giveaway. You specify three things: how long it runs (e.g. 1d 12h for a day and a half), how many winners there should be, and what can be won. Lythea posts the giveaway as an embed with an entry button and tracks entrants automatically.

Once time's up, the bot draws winners uniformly at random from all entrants and posts the result as a reply under the original embed.

Managing Running Giveaways

/giveaway end [id] — ends a giveaway immediately and draws the winners.

/giveaway reroll [id] — draws new winners for a finished giveaway. Useful if a winner can't accept the prize or doesn't respond.

/giveaway list — shows all active giveaways on the server.
