Counting Game
A channel where the community counts up in sequence — simple, but surprisingly engaging.
About the Module
Members count upward in sequence in a designated channel — 1, 2, 3, and so on. Anyone can count, but nobody may post two numbers in a row. Math expressions are evaluated, so 3 * 10 counts as 30.
Setup
In the dashboard under Counting → Settings, set the counting channel. Optionally set a starting number (default: 1) and a role bonus for milestones (e.g. every 100th number).
Rules on Mistakes
If someone posts the wrong number or counts twice in a row, that's a mistake. In the dashboard you choose what happens then:
- Reset — the counter jumps back to the starting number, starting over from 1
- Delete only — Lythea deletes the incorrect message, the counter stays unchanged and continues with the correct next number
The current high score and who reached it is saved in the dashboard — handy to see how far the community has gotten.
